भारतीय महिला टीम की बल्लेबाज दीप्ति शर्मा (Deepti Sharma) का कहना है कि इंग्लैंड के खिलाड़ियों ने एकमात्र टेस्ट के अंतिम दिन भारतीय टीम के खिलाड़ियों का ध्यान भटकाने की कोशिश की लेकिन हम अपने लक्ष्य पर अडिग रहे।

दीप्ति ने दूसरी पारी में अर्धशतक जड़ा था और अपनी टीम को हार के मुंह से निकालने में अहम भूमिका अदा की थी। भारत और इंग्लैंड के बीच यह मुकाबला ड्रॉ पर समाप्त हुआ था।
