गौतम हुए गंभीर, बोले 2011 वर्ल्ड कप पूरी टीम ने जीता था, किसी एक के छक्के ने नहीं
नई दिल्ली, 2 अप्रैल| पूर्व भारतीय सलामी बल्लेबाज गौतम गंभीर ने गुरुवार को उन लोगों को कड़ी फटकार लगाई, जो 2011 वर्ल्ड कप जीत में केवल महेंद्र सिंह धोनी के छक्के का जश्न मना रहे है। गंभीर ने कहा कि वर्ल्ड कप पूरी टीम के द्वारा जीता गया था, किसी एक के छक्के के दम पर नहीं। भारत ने आज ही के दिन 2011 में मुंबई के वानखेड़े स्टेडियम में श्रीलंका को हराकर 28 साल बाद दूसरी बार वर्ल्ड कप जीता था। फाइनल में धोनी ने नुवान कुलासेकरा की गेंद पर छक्का लगाया था और भारत वर्ल्ड चैंपियन बना था।
ईएसपीएनक्रिकइंफो ने एक ट्वीट किया, जिसमें उसने धोनी द्वारा लगाए गए विजयी छक्के की तस्वीर पोस्ट करते हुए लिखा, "इस एक शॉट ने साल 2011 में करोड़ों भारतीयों को जश्न में डुबो दिया था।"
