लंदन, 20 मार्च| इंग्लैंड के तेज गेंदबाज जेम्स एंडरसन ने घर में रहकर फिट रहने का तरीका निकाल लिया है। एंडरसन ने इंस्टाग्राम पर एक वीडियो पोस्ट किया है जिसमें वे अपनी बेटी के साथ बेंच प्रेस एक्सरसाइज करते दिखाई दे रहे हैं। एंडरसन ने वीडियो के कैप्शन में लिखा, "बेटियां मेरी ट्रेनिंग में मदद कर खुश है।"

कोरोना वायरस के कारण पूरे विश्व में तमाम गतिविधियां बंद हैं और इसी कारण इंग्लैंड का क्रिकेट सीजन भी रुका हुआ है।
