आईपीएल 2022 के 43वें मैच में बेशक विराट कोहली के बल्ले से हाफ सेंचुरी देखने को मिली लेकिन रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर को गुजरात टाइटंस के हाथों 6 विकेट से हार का सामना करना पड़ा। इस मैच में 33 वर्षीय विराट कोहली ने 53 गेंदों पर 58 रन बनाए और आरसीबी को अपने 20 ओवरों में 170/6 तक पहुंचाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई।
विराट कोहली इस मुकाबले से पहले पूरे सीजन में फ्लॉप साबित हुए थे ऐसे में अपनी फॉर्म हासिल करने के लिए उन्होंने धीमे स्ट्राइक रेट से बल्लेबाज़ी की। हालांकि, कोहली को फिर से फॉर्म में देखकर ट्विटर पर फैन्स काफी उत्साहित नजर आए। कई लोगों ने उनकी इस पारी के लिए उन्हें बधाई दी तो कुछ ने उन्हें जमकर लताड़ लगाई और आरसीबी की हार के लिए उन्हें ही कसूरवार ठहराया।
