Sher-E-Punjab T20 Cup का 17वां मुकाबला बीते सोमवार, 07 सितंबर को मोहाली के पंजाब क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन आईएस बिंद्रा स्टेडियम में खेला गया था। इस मुकाबले में Amritsar Soormas के कप्तान Abhishek Sharma ने मैदान पर अपनी बैटिंग से हाहाकर मचाया और Shubman Gill की कप्तानी वाली Fazilka Falcons के खिलाफ महज़ 15 गेंदों पर 49 रन ठोके। गौरतलब है इसी बीच अभिषेक ने विपक्षी तेज गेंदबाज़ Jasan Jindal को आढ़े हाथ लिया और उनके एक ओवर से 25 रन बटोरे।
ये घटना अमृतसर सूरमास की पारी के तीसरे ओवर में घटी। फाजिल्का फाल्कन्स के कप्तान शुभमन गिल ने ये ओवर डालने के लिए अपने तेज गेंदबाज़ जसन जिंदल को बुलाया था जो कि अपने कोटे का दूसरा ओवर करने आए थे। यहां पर ही अभिषेक शर्मा का आक्रमक अंदाज देखने को मिला।
