ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ तीसरे टेस्ट मैच में तेज गेंदबाज हर्षित राणा (Harshit Rana) की जगह आकाश दीप (Akash Deep) को खिलाना चाहिए। इस पर संजय मांजरेकर (Sanjay Manjrekar) ने अपनी प्रतिक्रिया जाहिर करते हुए कहा है कि आकाश दीप को टीम में शामिल करना भारत के गेंदबाजी आक्रमण को मजबूती दे सकता है।
मांजरेकर ने कहा कि, "हर्षित राणा की जगह पर नहीं, लेकिन मुझे लगता है कि ऐसा हो सकता है। अगर पिच पूरी तरह से तेज गेंदबाजों के लिए है, तो आकाश दीप चौथे तेज गेंदबाज के रूप में खेल सकते हैं। भारत को इस बारे में ध्यान से सोचने की जरूरत है। बुमराह, सिराज, हर्षित राणा या आकाश दीप के साथ गेंदबाजी लाइनअप थोड़ा कमजोर लग रहा है, अगर पिच ब्रिसबेन में एडिलेड जैसी फ्लैट हुई तो। वरना, यह ठीक रहेगा।"
