पर्थ में अपना शतक पूरा करने पर वार्नर ने पर्थ स्टेडियम मीडिया सेंटर की ओर 'शांत' रहने का इशारा किया, जहां जॉनसन अपने रेडियो कमेंट्री कर्तव्यों के लिए बैठे थे। दिन का खेल खत्म होने के बाद वॉर्नर ने पत्रकारों से कहा था कि उनका जश्न आलोचकों के लिए था।
