फोलोऑन खेल रही भारतीय महिला टीम ने यहां काउंटी क्रिकेट ग्राउंड में इंग्लैंड के खिलाफ जा रहे एकमात्र टेस्ट मुकाबले के तीसरे दिन शुक्रवार को लंच तक दूसरी पारी में एक विकेट पर 29 रन बना लिए और वह अभी 136 रन पीछे चल रही है।

इंग्लैंड ने दूसरे दिन नौ विकेट पर 396 रन बनाकर अपनी पहली पारी घोषित की थी जबकि भारत की पहली पारी आज पहले सत्र में 231 रनों पर सिमट गई और इससे इंग्लैंड को 165 रनों की बड़ी बढ़त हासिल हुई, जिसके बाद उसने भारत को फोलोऑन खेलने पर मजबूर कर दिया।
