County championship: Cricket News & Match Updates

Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar made his debut in the County Championship on Tuesday (July 19th) for the Lancashire team. This match is being played between Lancashire and Northamptonshire, in which the Indian spinner wreaked havoc with his spin. During Northamptonshire's first inning, Sundar picked up a 5-fer, courtesy of which Lancashire restricted the opposition to 235 runs in the first innings. 

Washington Sundar has made a dream debut in the county championship. Against Northamptonshire, Washington Sundar attained his maiden wicket on the second delivery he bowled.
