गेंद की रफ्तार इतनी तेज थी कि एलिस खुद बचने के लिए एक तरफ हट गए, वहीं अंपायर क्रिस गफाने झुककर खुद को बचाने में सफल रहे। इसके बाद गेंद सीधे बाउंड्री लाइन के बाहर पहुंच गई। इस नज़ारे के बाद अंपायर ने राहत भरी सांस ली और मुस्कुराते हुए चौके का इशारा किया। रोहित भी इस पूरे घटनाक्रम से काफी खुश दिखे और अंपायर की ओर देखते हुए हल्की मुस्कान दी, जिसका जवाब गफाने ने भी मुस्कराहट के साथ दिया।
