हम टी20 विश्व कप में भी उलटफेर करेंगे : अली ख़ान
T20 WC: बांग्लादेश के ख़िलाफ़ संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका द्वारा टी20 श्रृंखला में 2-0 की अपराजेय बढ़त बनाने के बाद तेज़ गेंदबाज़ अली ख़ान ने कहा है कि यह सीरीज़ जीत महज़ एक संयोग नहीं है और उनकी टीम आगामी टी20 विश्व कप में भी कई उलटफेर करने के लिए तैयार है।
ख़ान ने मैच के बाद कहा, "हम भूखे हैं और हमारे रास्ते में आने वाली हर चुनौती से निपटने के लिए तैयार हैं। यह समय अभी हमें ज़रूरत के हिसाब से बदलाव और सामंजस्य बैठाने का है। टीम काफ़ी संतुलित लग रही है और खिलाड़ियों के भीतर भी जीत की भूख है। मैं इस बात को लेकर आश्वस्त हूं कि इस बार अमेरिका ज़रूर कुछ उलटफेर करेगा।"
"हम अमेरिका को विश्व क्रिकेट के मानचित्र पर अंकित करना चाहते हैं। जब आप किसी बड़ी टीम के ख़िलाफ़ जीत दर्ज करते हैं तो लोग कई बार इसे संयोग करार दे देते हैं।लेकिन एक ही सीरीज़ में बार बार पटखनी देना संयोग नहीं है। अगर हमें अवसर मिले तो हम भी अपना टैलेंट और स्किल दिखा सकते हैं।"
