T20 WC: PGTI President Kapil Dev Attends Final In Ahmedabad
Union Home Minister Amit Shah: Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) president and former India cricket captain Kapil Dev, along with the CEO of PGTI, Amandeep Johl, were in attendance at the final of the T20 World Cup 2026 between India and New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
Kapil Dev led India to the ODI World Cup in 1983, setting off the cricket revolution in India that has made the sport akin to religion in the country.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah was also in attendance alongside his wife, son Jay Shah, who is also the chairman of the International Cricket Council, daughter-in-law, and grandson. Read More...
