JKCA Scam Case: CJM Srinagar Recalls Non-bailable Warrant Against Farooq Abdullah
Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah: Hours after issuing a non-bailable warrant against former J&K Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah in the J&K Cricket Association (JKCA) scam case, the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Srinagar on Thursday recalled the warrant.
The CJM Srinagar said in the recall order that the decision was taken considering Abdullah’s condition following a murderous attack a day earlier.
Earlier in the day, the CJM had issued a non-bailable warrant as Abdullah failed to appear in court either in person or online.
