भारत का ऐतिहासिक न्यूजीलैंड दौरा: 40 दिनों में 12 मैच, अक्टूबर-दिसंबर तक मेगा टूर
भारतीय टीम 22 अक्टूबर से 1 दिसंबर 2026 तक न्यूजीलैंड दौरे पर रहेगी। यह दौरा न्यूजीलैंड क्रिकेट के इतिहास में किसी भी विदेशी टीम के सबसे बड़े इनबाउंड दौरों में से एक माना जा रहा है। पांच प्रमुख शहरों में मैच आयोजित किए जाएंगे। न्यूजीलैंड सरकार ने भी इस दौरे को पूरा समर्थन देने की घोषणा की है। यह समर्थन भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच लगभग 100 वर्षों पुराने खेल संबंधों को समर्पित है।
न्यूजीलैंड क्रिकेट बोर्ड के मुख्य मार्केटिंग और कमर्शियल अधिकारी ग्लेन क्रिचली ने कहा, "यह एक पीढ़ी में एक बार आने वाला मौका है। जब क्रिकेट की बात आती है तो भारत से बड़ा कुछ नहीं है। हम न्यूजीलैंड के लोगों को ऐसा दौरा देने जा रहे हैं जैसा पहले कभी नहीं देखा गया। यह सिर्फ क्रिकेट नहीं, बल्कि दोनों देशों के साझा इतिहास, संस्कृति और बढ़ती दोस्ती का उत्सव होगा।"
