नई दिल्ली, 29 अप्रैल (CRICKETNMORE)| छह साल खराब प्रदर्शन और फिर नाम बदलने के बाद दिल्ली कैपिटल्स ने आखिरकार इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग (आईपीएल) के 12वें संस्करण के प्लेऑफ के लिए क्वालीफाई कर ही लिया। दिल्ली ने रविवार को अपने घर फिरोज शाह कोटला मैदान पर रॉयल चैलेंजर्स बैंगलोर को 16 रनों से मात दे छह साल बाद प्लेऑफ के लिए क्वालीफाई किया है।

इससे पहले दिल्ली ने 2012 में वीरेंद्र सहवाग की कप्तानी में प्लेऑफ में जगह बनाई थी, लेकिन इसके बाद टीम का प्रदर्शन कभी इस तरह का नहीं रहा था कि वह प्लेऑफ में जगह बना पाए। इस साल दिल्ली ने कहानी बदली और वह 12 मैचों में 16 अंक हासिल करते हुए अंतिम-4 में पहुंचने वाली इस सीजन की दूसरी टीम बन गई है।
