Joe Root Record: इंग्लैंड क्रिकेट टीम के दिग्गज बल्लेबाज़ जो रूट (Joe Root) ने हेडिंग्ले टेस्ट के दूसरे दिन भारत के खिलाफ 58 गेंदों पर सिर्फ 28 रनों की पारी खेलकर भी इतिहास रच दिया। गौरतलब है कि उन्होंने भारतीय टीम के महान बल्लेबाज़ सचिन तेंदुलकर (Sachin Tendulkar) का बड़ा रिकॉर्ड तोड़कर अपने नाम किया है।

जी हां, ऐसा ही है। सबसे पहले ये जान लीजिए कि जो रूट ने इंग्लिश टीम के लिए हेडिंग्ले टेस्ट के दूसरे दिन अपनी पहली इनिंग के दौरान 58 बॉल पर 2 चौके की मदद से 28 रनों की पारी खेली जिसके बाद वो जसप्रीत बुमराह की गेंद पर करुण नायर के हाथों कैच आउट हुए।
